Terms and Conditions for Free Entry for Aquashow Hotel Guests
1. Entrance to the Outdoor Park: Free entry to the Indoor Park is exclusive to Aquashow Hotel guests who have the bracelet delivered and placed on their wrist at check-in, at the Aquashow Hotel reception.
2. Validity of the Bracelet: The bracelet is valid throughout the guest’s stay at the hotel. In case of loss or damage, the guest must inform reception immediately for replacement. Campaign valid for stays until 30/09/2025.
3. Personal and Non-Transferable Use: The bracelet is for personal use and non-transferable. Any attempted transfer or misuse will result in the benefit being revoked.
4. Opening Hours: Free access to the Indoor Park is subject to the park’s opening hours. Check park hours for up-to-date information.
5. Park Rules: All guests must comply with the Outdoor Park rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in wristband removal and loss of free entry benefit.
6. Changes: The hotel reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be communicated to guests through the hotel’s official channels.
If the Park(s) or another area of the Hotel is closed, for reasons of force majeure and/or maintenance, the reservation remains at the reserved price and the agreed cancellation policies.
