From what age do children stay for free?
Children are considered to be between the ages of 3 and 12, and payment is based on room occupancy.
Is accommodation free for children?
Yes, yes, from 0 to 2 years of age, and we will put them in a crib free of charge upon request, subject to availability).
What does the half-board meal plan include, and are drinks not included in the price?
The half-board option, which is the standard price unless the hotel is fully booked, consists of à la carte service at the hotel. Drinks are not included in the half-board price. When booking with half-board, which is the standard dinner option we’re referring to, it cannot be changed during lunch.
Is breakfast not included in the stay?
The buffet breakfast that is included in hotel accommodation bookings, if desired, in the room carries an additional supplement.
Can I make a reservation for accommodation, including breakfast?
Those who don’t. Breakfast is always included in hotel accommodation bookings.
What time can I check in to my hotel room?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards.
Until what time can I check out of the hotel?
Check-out is until 12pm.
If I lose or forget something during my stay, what is the procedure?
Whenever you detect that you have lost/forgotten something, you must immediately contact the Hotel reception. Please note that the Hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten items but will do its best to try to find it. If the Hotel finds the item in question, it will be sent by an external company that will contact the customer – the extra cost of the shipment is at the customer’s expense.
Does the Hotel have a Spa?
No. The Hotel has an indoor pool (hot water), jacuzzi, outdoor pool and gym. The Hotel has a partnership with an external company that performs massages in the Hotel in its own space, however, all bookings and payments are made directly with the massage colleagues.
