1COVID-19 - INTERNAL PROTOCOL INFORMATION

2From how old does the children pay to stay in the Hotel?
We consider children from 3 to 12 years old and they pay according the occupancy in the rooms.
3The stay for infants is free?
Yes, from 0 to 2 years old, upon availability, on request we put a cot for free.
4 What is half board and are drinks included?
The half-board will be buffet, except when the occupancy is reduced we serve a set menu, selection of the Hotel. Drinks are never included in the half-board. When booking with half-board it is always at dinner that we are referring, can not exchange for lunch.
5Is the breakfast included in your stay?
The breakfast buffet is always included when you book our Hotel, however if you order in the room there is an extra cost.
6Is it possible to book just stay, without breakfast?
No. The breakfast is always included when you book our Hotel.
7When can I entree the room - check-in time?
The check-in starts at 04:00 p.m.
8Until which hours can I leave the room – check-out time?
The check-out is until 12:00 p.m. (noon)
9If I lose or forget something during my stay, what the procedure?
Every time you have lost something you should contact the reception of the Hotel immediately. Please note that the Hotel does not hold any responsibility for any objects lost or forgotten here however we will do our best to find it. If the Hotel finds the object you are looking for, it will be sent to you through an external company that will contact the client – the extra cost is paid by the costumer.
10Does the Hotel have Spa?
No. The Hotel has an inside pool (heated), jacuzzi, outsider pool and gym. The massages are managed by an external company, however every appointment and payment are made directly with them.
11Is the Hotel located in the town center?
The Hotel is 4 km away from Quarteira and 4,5 km from Vilamoura. However, the Hotel has a free shuttle that take the clients from the Hotel to Quarteira and to Vilamoura every day, it goes once in the morning and it comes back once in the afternoon.
