IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Useful info & faq

  • Is forbidden to enter with food and drink.
  • The ticket is only valid for a single entry for a period of time and is selected at your purchase.
  • Required to validate the ticket at the entrance and at the exit.
  • Your use of the locker rooms, is included in the time period, and the time you have selected.
  • When it exceeds the time for the output, you will be charged for€ 10 (ten euros) per fraction, of the thirty (30) minutes.
  • If the validation is carried out after a pre-set time for sign-in, the check-out time must be respected, according to the registry on the ticket.
  • In the case of loss/destruction of the ticket validation upon entry, you will be charged the full daily rate.
  • This ticket does not include a massage service, or access to the Playground, and the Circuit is a Challenge to the Sky.
  • The possibility of extending the period of use, depending on availability.
  • It is prohibited to sell, or the use of this ticket, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or for promotional giveaways.
  • In the times, dates and prices of the operation of the park and are subject to change without prior notice to you.

Attractions Water and space Themed

  • All of the attractions they have their own rules, such as time, health conditions, they are, for their own safety.

  • Are there any restrictions/limitations to the full and equal enjoyment of the attractions for people with reduced mobility and pregnant women.

 

The kids

  • Always come with the kids, it is convenient to locate a point-of-date.
  • If it is necessary to be able to go to the lobby to ask for help.
  • Children aged less than 12 years of age can enter, and remain alone in the park.
  • Children under the age of 12 years old will be able to enter and stay in the park, provided that they are duly accompanied by a paying adult.

Car parking

  • The car park is free of charge.
  • The Aquashow Park Hotel, we recommend that you should remember the location of your vehicle, as well as to leave it closed down properly. The Aquashow Park Hotel is not liable for any damage or theft caused to the car.

 

Health & safety

  • Before you visit the Park and Indoors, we strongly advise you to read the rules of use, and safety pinned to the doorway.
  • Keep your spaces clean after use.
  • It is not allowed to jump over barriers of protection, or sliding doors.
  • Deviations from the rules, you may be entitled to a resident of, or entry into the venue.
  • Do not allow the input power, p.and. the bottles), or other sharp objects.
  • It is expressly prohibited the use of DRONES in the airspace of the room.
  • The direction of the park, and for reasons of safety, the weather, or servicing you, to shut down some of the attractions without having a reason to discount or return of the buy-in amount.

Pets

  • pets are Not allowed in the water park/theme, except for guide dogs.
  • We strongly advise you not to leave your animal in the car, because of the heat.

  • For your safety, we offer the service of CCTV.

 

Smoking

  • smoking is Not allowed inside of the building from the park.

 

Pregnant women

  • please note that there are restrictions/limitations to the full and equal enjoyment of the attractions for the people and pregnant women.

 

For people with reduced mobility

  • Please be advised that for the security reasons, it is some of the attractions, due to its specific characteristics, may be able to access and/or use of same is not limited to, persons with reduced mobility and/or mental well-being.
  • They are not available, and access to a wheel chair, with the attractions are located in the tower of the floor, only in the areas with a swimming pool.
  • The limitations of the permanent regarded as hindering the use of the attractions are:
    • the Inability to hold on to the handles of the buoys, or rugs;
    • visual impairment (in the slides).
